Is any of the USB/Xilinx boards (especially the XEM7310) available for a wider temperature range than 0 ~ 70 °C? I would be interested in -30/85 to operate the board inside a climate chamber to be close to the DUT. Xilinx and the FX3 are available for military range. Not sure which other parts (oscillator, memory) would limit operation outside 0/70.
