I’m trying to build a delay line that would need a 1Ghz clock. I have an XEm7001-A15 but I think the max limit for this is 100Mhz because the PLL VCO is maxed at 400MHz. I’m open to buying a different FPGA too? What would be the best move here to achieve a 1Ghz clock?
