XEM8310 board issue

I am currently experiencing abnormalities in certain I/O ports. I am driving signals from the MC3 I/O Bank 67, where most of the ports are functioning correctly; however, two pins (B24 and C23) are not behaving as expected.

When driven from the HDL, these ports either do not reach the expected operating voltage (1.2V) or do not respond at all.

One potential issue I’ve identified is that the “POWER GOOD” signal is not asserted, which may be due to the lack of a heatsink and the resulting elevated operating temperature. This could be affecting the board’s performance.

At this point, I would appreciate any guidance on troubleshooting steps or confirmation on whether this behavior could be related to thermal conditions or possible hardware damage.

Hello community,

when i had sent out this info above every other bank was working fine until 8/15/2026 when VIO1-3 started malfunctioning then +5V_ok too. Havent even messed around with the FPGA since then. FPGA is only drawing about ~0.5A while using factory-made power supply. Please can help me out troubleshooting this issue.
