I am using XEM7310 board and removed the Ferrite beads FB9 to provide 1.8V bank voltage to bank 35 using VCCO_MC2.I am generating 200MHz clock signal using clock oscillator and sending it on the bank 35 pin. However, when i probe the clock pins the voltage is not 1.8V but close to 1V.
