XEM7310-A200 USB power up

Hello everyone,

We have designed a PCB to connect the XEM7310-A200. In this PCB we have IO pins, a magnetometer, an accelerometer and an ADC powered from the 3V3 of the XEM7310-A200. When we connect the board using the power supply, the system works correctly. But if we solder the 0ohms resistor in the specified footprint so that the XEM7310-A200 is powered from the USB, the board does not boot correctly. Even with the FPGA deprogrammed. What I visualize is that both the green led and the red led blink rapidly. It seems that the XEM7310-A200 is not able to boot with the new PCB connected. I am surprised that it is due to lack of power, as the USB has more than enough power to feed the components we have put on the new PCB.
How much power is the XEM7310-A200 capable of giving when powered by USB? Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

Thank you in advance.
