Why doe smy computer recognize the XEM3010 CARD, but FrontPanel does not?

I have the OPal Kelly XEM3010 FPGA card installed on my PC, and the device manager recognizes it. But when I launch Front Panel, the card is not listed there.

Anyone have any ideas why?
