Where is the ConfigureFPGAFromFlash() in FrontPanel SDK v4.4.2?

Where is the ConfigureFPGAFromFlash() method in the FrontPanel SDK v4.4.2 ?
In FrontPanle SDK API manual there is a explaration about okCFrontPanel::ConfigureFPGAFromFlash() method.
But ther is not okCFrontPanel::ConfigureFPGAFromFlash() in the included C++ headter file, okFrontPanelDLL.h.

And, how could I configure Zem4310 FPGA board from the flash memory without download a configuration file from a computer?
