Serial Number Format

Hello,

All the documatation I have read claims the serial number for each board is 10 digits, yet every example I have seen (including my boards) shows printable characters which do not include numbers. Obviously the numeric value of any printable character is to large to be a digit. Can you give a little more info on the serial number?

Hi Bill-

The serial number is 10 characters from A-Z, a-z. The word “digit” is used in the sense of a symbol of enumeration, not a numerical digit. Sorry for the confusion.
