Hi,

I’d like to know if you have the MT48LC16M16 datasheet for XEM3005. I could check that is a 32Mb ram (opalkelly’s site) but I can’t find the datasheet at Micron’s website (is there an specific model of MT48LC16M16?).

Thanks for mentioning this. The XEM3005 User’s Manual did not have the full part number, as it should. The datasheet has been updated and is on our website.

The part is a Micron MT48LC16M16A2BG-75 or equivalent. You can use that part number to search on the Micron site.

Just a simple question: I found the MT48LC16M16A2BG-75 at the Micron’s site. They say it’s a 256MB ram. Is it right?

Joao-- The Micron part is a 256Mb SDRAM. That’s 32MB. Note that a small ‘b’ is “bits” and a large ‘B’ is “bytes”.

To be very technical, it is 256 Mib or 32 MiB using IEC binary prefixes.
