RAMTester.exe can't load DLL

I’ve placed both the RAMTester.exe and the okFrontPanel.dll files in the same directory and I get the following error when I try to run RAMTester

C:\Project\jscimone\RAMtest\XEM3050\test_folder>RAMTester.exe

FrontPanel DLL could not be loaded.

However, the proper files (as far as I can tell) are in the directory.

No ideas, huh. Ok. I’ll keep trying to figure it out.

So it turns out that the problem is definitely the computer. On another computer everything worked fine. I wonder why this won’t work on the first computer.
