okClks frequency - XEM8350

I am trying to run a design using only the secondary interface. The same profile in FrontPanel works ok with the primary interface, but when I switch to the secondary interface, same profile and same addresses for wires and triggers, nothing works. It is like the okClks port provides no clock signal. Is there any special configuration to use the okClks clock signal?

The counters example uses both interfaces so if you can bring up the panels for both of the counters in that example, then the host clocks are probably working. I don’t remember any special configuration and I don’t see a reference to being able to configure the clocks in the user manual:

Thank you so much. Yes I tried the counter example and both counters are working. Can I find the complete Vivado project for this?
