OK Reserved FPGA pins

I have noticed that the signal hi_muxsel is allways set to zero in all of my designs. As instructed by OK. I am wonder what the pin is for and what happens if you set it high?

The HI_MUXSEL is used to route some communication signals from the FPGA to USB microcontroller. These signals are routed differently during configuration or communication.
