No Signals on BRK3010

Ok. Have XEM3010 working just fine as far as communication between SW and the OK Card. Can do pipes, wires, and triggers (to some extent). I can control the LEDS, the PLL everything!! but what has my logic designer and I stumped is that when we try to toggle a signal on the breakout board, we get nothing. Even when, say XBUS3 is tied to the same LED signal that we can visibly see on the XEM3010, there is NO change on the breakout board. Are we missing a setting somewhere?

Any other suggestions???

Can you confirm that your UCF file is properly mapping pins on your design?

yes… there was an error in the UCF file.
