Multiple devices on same computer

Hi,

I’m working on a project which uses two XEM3005.
Right now we use two computers to control them separately.
But I wonder if I can use a single computer to control both XEM3005.

The software I use is Visual C# Express 2010.
When I tried to connect both XEM3005 to the same PC and run both Visual C# project, one of the project can talk to either one of the device randomly, and the other project just could not see any device.

Could anyone give me some suggestion?
