It seems that in order to use LVDS outputs from the Artix 7, your IO bank must be powered from VCCO 2.5V. Meanwhile the XEM7001 appears to have all of the VCCOs tied to 3.3V. Does anyone know of a workaround, or alternatively a method for switching the VCCO voltage on the XEM7001 to 2.5V for one or more IO banks?
