How to set XEM7310 I/O to 1.2v LVCMOS?

I have an XEM7310 board attached to the BRK7010 breakout board. When I compile a small design with Vivado and load the bitfile, I measure 2.5v on the high outputs.

I want all of my I/Os to operate as 1.2v LVCMOS.

The documentation for the Artix-7 says it supports 1.2v-3.3v I/O standards. So there’s got to be a fairly straight-forward way to do this on the XEM7310.

Yes, there is… Please see here for more information:

Note that FPGA Bank 13 is fixed at 3.3V on the XEM7310-A75 and cannot be adjusted.

I have also found the “FMC1_VADJ_VOLTAGE” setting. Can I use that with FrontPanel to adjust the onboard 3.3v supply down to 1.2v?

No, this device setting is available on the XEM7350. The XEM7310 does not have any software-programmable voltage regulators.
