Glitches on output, XEM3001v2

Hi,

I have problems with glitches on FPGA outputs from my XEM3001v2.
These glitches are several ns long and cannot come from the design itself.
Unfortunately these glitches disturb my data communication to external device.
Did anyone encounter similar problems ?
Is my FPGA defect (maybe due to ESD)?

I have also tried to remove all OK instances on the FPGA and make the design very small but that did not help.

Do you have any oscilloscope traces you can post that illustrate this?

Something that is several nanoseconds long is rarely classified as a “glitch” when the FPGA switching rates are in the picosecond range.

Also, if you can reduce the design to a simple HDL example that you can post, that would help.
