Just reflashed firmware with V1.6, “Your device firmware has updated successfully” was displayed after flashing, but windows now does not recognize it, and issues a “USB malfunction error” message, so it looks like the flash went bad :(, how do I manually load the firmware image please?

Unfortunately, if the device does not boot after being reflashed, you will need to send it back to us to have it done here.
