EEPROM lost

Hi, Jake
The EEPROM data is lost somehow. PC can not recogeize it. How do I recover it? What is the file “okFirmware-20050622.frmpkg”? May I write it in EEPROM?

Hello-

Unfortunately, if the PC cannot recognize it, there is nothing you can do to recover it – you will need to send it back to us to reset the EEPROM.
