The keyboard shortcuts interfere with number input on the Mac version of the FrontPanel GUI. In particular, a keyboard entry of “1” or “F” gets picked up by the menu handler and doesn’t get entered to the input box. (I have to enter “0” and “E” and then use the up arrow to change the digit.) Under windows, this doesn’t happen because the menus are atached to the individual windows, but under Mac OS, the menu is common to the multiple windows. This problem could be solved by replacing all the simple key shortcuts with command-key shortcuts, which more in line with Mac OS common usage.
