Could you post the complete XDC file that will work with the XEM8320 and Xilinx Vivado 2023.1 PCIe design setup as your walk through requires

From the tutorial there is a suggestion to use you PINs tool to get the XDC. There is at least for me a bit of unsureness as to if I got it correct. Since the XEM8320 is the official dev board for AU+ it would be useful to take the guess work out of the PCIe XDC and post the XDC that is known for sure to work.
