Can you tell me the current capacity of the 2.5V supply on pin 3 of JP2. I am thinking of using it to power 2 TLK1500 serdes’. Thanks.

The 2.5v rail is very low current and should not generally be used to feed external devices since it needs to be low-noise for the FPGA. We recommend using your own 2.5v source for external devices.
The 2.5v is provided externally only as a reference for the JTAG connections.
