What is the part name of power regulator in XEM 7310?

hello guys~!

I accidentally burned my parts on my Opal Kelly board, especially power regulator(which has letters ‘APVT L640’ on it’s surface).

I’m trying to replace this part with a new one by myself but its part number is nowhere to be seen.

So could somebody tell me what is the part number of this part?
