Panel builder?

I am new to OK and FrontPanel, and am curious:
Is there a GUI tool anywhere, to facilitate building the XML Panels?

I think it would be to many, at least new, users.

A minimum of an XML builder that would pop up a dialog to populate the object.
Full GUI, with draggable, resizable objects would be a lot more work.
