Visual C++/CLI - libFrontPanel-csharp compatibility

I can confirm that the the C# library (libFrontPanel-csharp) works well in our C++/CLI .NET 2.0 application in Visual Studio 2005 SP1.

Previously, I was using a mixed managed/unmanaged environment to use the Opal Kelly C++ code and DLL calls, but this library made it much simpler.
