I am new user of your product, xem6310 board.
I am wondering if your sdk supports any bi-directional data communication at the same time?
As far as I know, usb3.0 module is designed to support simultaneous data communication with separated ports.
Otherwise, please give any behavioral way to use unidirectional functions of tranfer and receiver at the same time from your sdk library.

No. This is not possible. While USB 3.0 does support this, the interface with the FPGA is unidirectional.
